In this video Mooji explains that all we need to do is hold our attention on presence. We need to follow the movement of presence rather than handing the moment over to the mind to try to figure out what’s next.

This is an AMAZING video. It deals with several subjects at once:

  1. It helps deal with the feeling that nothing is of interest anymore
  2. Mooji describes what his journey was like when he had nothing at all.
  3. Also confronts “What is my purpose?”

This video is a follow up to the Video “How Mooji Lost the Ego“, when Mooji says that on the day he lost his ego, Mooji felt that he was disrespected and angry at Papaji. This is an actual video of the day that this happened.  To see Papaji’s reply, watch Part 2/2.

“People” seem to have a need to assign a purpose to everything.  This video expresses Mooji’s view on the need for “Purpose”.  Only the mind (ego) has a need for finding a purpose.  Purpose is a concept to try to explain why everything is as it is.  In reality, there is no question of purpose.

Mooji tries to offer some clarity to this question in this 5 minute video.

Mooji explains that the “nothing” he is talking about is not the “nothing” that is understood by the mind. He is speaking of a “nothing” beyond the concept of “nothing”.

Mooji explains that we are already “That” and every thought, every idea, every concept we have until this is fully realized is simply the play of consciousness.

Many of us feel that somehow we need to loose something to find freedom.  Mooji explains that there is no need to loose anything because you are already liberated.  Only the mind creates imaginations making us feel as though we are not.

Most of us experience the habit of “wanting”.   We want this and we want that, and often when we get what we want we move quickly to the fulfillment of another “want”.  Wanting is a game by the mind (ego) to help it continue its existence. In this video Mooji explains that the way out of “want” is by shifting from “Person” to “Presence”.

Who is responsible for all the violence occurring in the world?  Mooji answers this question in this video but the answer is very easy to miss. To sum it up in short, when consciousness is identified with the body, this gives birth to individuality (the ego) and this ‘ego’ is susceptible to any kind of conditioning, good or bad.  Therefore, conditioning and genetics can produce a Mother Teresa or it can produce a murderer but in either case, it begins with miss-identification.

Many of us feel “I don’t want to let go of my existence as me because I like me!”.  Mooji offers some insight on this concept.

Mooji explains that often undesirable circumstances can be the best opportunity to realize the “Self”.  We must use our circumstances as a tool to open the door to the self.

This short 5 minute video brings us back to “Self”.  Who are you?

The ultimate message of this video is that if you want to experience freedom, joy and peace, you must remain as the unassociated awareness… your attention needs to remain as awareness itself.  Any step, in any direction outside of the awareness is a step into muddy waters.

In this video, Mooji explains the day his ego was lost forever.

All questions are dancing around this question.  If we answer this one question, all other questions disappear.

Mooji explains that initially it is perfectly natural to identify with the body but eventually we must come to the realization that we are just pure awareness witnessing everything that is taking place through consciousness.
