In this 13 minute video, Mooji shows us how to summon the power of direct inquiry. For years we have placed great importance on the mind and the effects of conditioning. Not even Christ or Buddha could escape conditioning, and yet just like them we have the power to transcend it by following Mooji’s instructions for inquiry.
This amazing 10 minute video from Mooji helps us to see clearly that intention, want and desire is the most common source of our suffering. Just “Live in the now!” is not quite proper advice. Listen to what Mooji has to say about this…
Any type of “blockage” we feel we may have preventing us from realization is only noise from the mind.
Most of us experience the habit of “wanting”. We want this and we want that, and often when we get what we want we move quickly to the fulfillment of another “want”. Wanting is a game by the mind (ego) to help it continue its existence. In this video Mooji explains that the way out of “want” is by shifting from “Person” to “Presence”.

In this 10 minute video Mooji covers a lot of ground. He speaks about the fact that “awakening” is only for the mind and that the “Self” is not affected in any way whether the mind is awakened or not. He also speaks on the subject that so many people just go around speaking of the “truth” as if they have internalized what they are talking about, and yet they are fully asleep. These we call “Spiritual Parrots”, they speak the truth but yet they have no idea what they are talking about.
In this 6 minute video, Mooji expresses his view of anger and offers some suggestions on how we can best deal with it starting with the realization that the statement “I am angry” is not true. The huge difference comes when you realize that the “I am” is not angry, but that there is just angry feelings appearing before the “I am”.
In this 6 minute video, Mooji speaks on the fact that we are all 100% THAT and that we have just imagined ourselves to be something else. He explains that there is no difference between you and the Buddha and everything else we think ourselves to be is a complete illusion.
In this beautiful 5 minute video clip from Mooji we find a seeker coming to a beautiful recognition that upon Awakening, even the “I am” can not be found and you can again welcome the universe to do its thing with the body without requiring designated driver.
In this 9 minute video from Mooji, he shows us step by step how the play of spirituality goes from innocence to identification with the body and a return back to the stillness from which life flows, with all the steps in between. Excellent video if you wish to realize the self.
In this eleven minute video from Mooji, he explains that “The ocean does not require that the waves are still to be more ocean like.” In the same way, the self does not require the end of activity to be more the self. Let’s listen in on Mooji…

In this 11 minute video, Mooji explains how beautiful a relationship can be as a testing ground for awakening. Relationships are fully charged with emotion which can easily point out the strongholds of the ego and provide you with the option to go deeper into yourself.
Mooji describes Satsang as a mirror for the infinite to gaze upon itself and that in Satsang we can witness the shift from person to presence. We can then realize that we are even beyond the presence itself and have life flow before us as compelled by grace. It all starts with letting go of the image you have of yourself and saying “Yes” to your true self.
Very often the question of free will arises in Satsang and Mooji always responds the same by saying that we have limited free will which could be explained away by the fact that perhaps your limited free will may be determined as well. However, in this short 6 minute video, Mooji brings up another factor that most don’t ever even consider when asking about free will. See if you can find what it is…
In this lovely 5 minute clip from an interview, Mooji explains that we need suffering and fear to propel us to take action towards our spiritual evolution. Without suffering or fear we would be perfectly happy to stay asleep as a person and never inquire into anything that could lead us into the nature of our true reality.
This eight minute video from a Sunday Satsang tea session, Mooji shares some reminders of what we are searching for and to help us find the courage for us to shed the illusions of the mind.
