In this seven minute video from Mooji, he speaks to us of our true nature and the importance of realizing our ultimate truth of the changeless within the change-full.
In this 9 minute video, Mooji responds to an inquiry on how to deal (or interact) with people that are fully identified with the ego and have no interest in Freedom or “Truth”, especially those that are close to you in any way. Listen to Mooji’s wise advice on this subject…
This 3 minute video helps us to understand guilt. “Don’t live in your mind, there is no peace there.”
In this very short video Mooji explains that in order for ANY thought to have any power whatsoever, there has to be “Identity” present… and “I” entity (me). Otherwise, thoughts have no power at all because no thought is self employed.
Mooji takes us on a 4 minute intensive look at what is already here. This video may be short but it is enough to get one to refocus on what is real within.
In this 11 minute clip from an interview with Amy Torres, Mooji explains that there is nothing other than “Awareness” and that “Awareness” in the body becomes “I Am” which can take many shapes. He then goes on to explain the different positions that “I Am” can take.
In this nine minute video clip of Mooji, we find him focusing in on the “I Am” and taking a closer look at what it is and what it is not to help us come to a place of unmixed being.
In this short video, Mooji explains that after realization there is a crucial time period where we need to remain extremely vigilant to detect the efforts of the mind to creep back in and identify once again. In other words, once “Realization” has taken place, the mind identity will not instantly give up and die. It will come back again over and over until a maturity comes and permanently drives away the psychological self.
This is part one of a three part series of Mooji speaking to one inquiring mind searching for the “The Truth”. However, every part stands on its own. This particular interaction is very lighthearted as well as providing super clear insight as Mooji leads this being from confusion to clarity. This is a MUST SEE for anyone experiencing any kind of confusion.
In this wonderful 10 minute video from 2007, Mooji emphasizes that in order to be able to recognize the “Self”, we must make sure that we are not holding on to ANY idea of what awakening is like, or what the “Self” is like, or ANYTHING else for that matter. The video is not the best quality but the message is supreme.
In this 8 minute video, Mooji responds to a question about the animating presence within the body that is no longer present when the body has died and makes the distinction between the pure “Self” and the dynamic “Self”.
In this video Mooji speaks with a woman who has a father that has Alzheimer’s and helps her to understand that perhaps what she sees as a miserable state, is actually a preferred state of being. Our minds automatically feel like if you don’t have memories and desires that life can be miserable, but actually it can be quite the opposite.
In this six minute video, Mooji explains that having multiple spiritual practices can be ok if you are doing them just for pleasure, but if you are truly seeking the truth within, multiple practices will keep you as a spiritual tourist, never getting to the deepest meaning you are searching for. See how Mooji puts it…
In this 8 minute video, Mooji teaches us the best way to deal with the past. Yes, we already know that the music is “annoying”, but the message is clear…
We hear people say again and again things like, “I was in that place (or a minute, day, week, month) but I could not stay” and we take it at face value that somehow this person had “it” and then lost “it”. In this 11 minute video from Mooji he explains that these experiences may seem real but they are also only fabrications of the mind.
In this short 5 minute video, a devotee wants to know how we can strike a balance between mind and the “self”. Mooji demonstrates that the mind can not achieve balance because it is invested in projections of what balance should be. Then he goes on to explain how inner balance comes to be.
In this short yet brilliant 7 minute video, Mooji speaks of the “Battle of the Ages” that most seekers must go through for self knowledge. It is the battle between the Ego (Mind) and Presence (Being). In our true essence we are the Absolute (the Self) which is eternally present but the physical aspect of “the Self” is born with the body as consciousness… the “I am”. Once the “I am” begins to identify with the mind, the ego is born and all of the limitations that go with it. After many years of programming built upon false identification, a battle takes place once the “Being” realizes it has been under the spell of a ghost.
Mooji answers a letter asking about fears and resistance. He explains that finding out who these fears and resistance are for and where do they come from. Are they real? Is it mind playing games with you? Could it be possible that they are happening because you don’t yet truly know who you are?
In this video Mooji describes his experience of loosing his 23 year old son and what took place within him.
Please note: There is a Part 1 to this video but the subject matter is almost identical to a previous video that can be seen by clicking here. This part (part 2) stands completely on its own.
This video is Part 1 of a 3 Part Series which focuses on Mooji helping a inquirer come to a place of recognition. This first part focuses on the subject having deep feelings of unworthiness which is quite common among seekers.

This beautiful four minute video was created by Lucia Lagana and combines music, images, and quotes from Mooji. This video focuses on the aspects of knowledge.
